Concept
Cyprus is a varied and seasonal country. The culinary concepts and taste at the Anassa are based on seasonal influences: influences of hotel garden herbs, farm fresh produce sourced from the local villages around Polis, and recipes which anticipate our guests desires. New for this year, our executive chef has created new buffet menus, the Pelagos show kitchen, and totally energised our culinary approach to locally infused dishes, with his motto "Choice for our Guests".
Vegetarian options are available in all our restaurants.
